Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags attached.
CHANGE OF SIZE OR MIND
The customer is responsible for return shipping when changing size or returning an item due to personal preference.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM
LGND will cover return shipping when an item arrives incorrect, damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
EXCHANGES
